Do you work with clients outside of Virginia?
Yes. Most of our work happens online so location is not a barrier. We have worked with educators, schools, and organizations in different states and can adjust our schedule to fit your time zone.
How do we get started?

How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the scope and type of work. We offer one-time sessions, project-based engagements, and ongoing retainer options. Once we understand what you need, we will put together a clear proposal with pricing. No surprises.
I am a company, not a school. Can you still help me?
Absolutely. We work with companies that sell to or serve educators. We help you review your marketing materials, rewrite your messaging for educator audiences, and design resources that help teachers and administrators understand and adopt your product.
How long does a typical project take?
It varies based on the scope. A focused coaching session or consultation might happen in a week. A full curriculum design project or website build typically takes four to eight weeks. We will give you a timeline upfront and check in throughout the process.
Can you work within a school budget?
We understand that schools and nonprofits operate with limited budgets. We do our best to be flexible and transparent about cost. Reach out and we can talk through what is possible.
